Many believe the most powerful times to meditate are at dawn and dusk - the moments when nature is transitioning and you can most easily invite your body to follow nature's patterns. At dawn, try sitting in a comfortable position and tap into your breathing pattern. In your slowly awakening state it is easier to drop into meditation because your mind is halfway between your dream state and being awake. It's not yet clutter with your "to do" list. At dusk, try to sit in your favorite meditation place and invite yourself to go within. Just as your day slips from light into darkness so to your mind can ease into a quiet state. When you meditate at dawn and dusk you align yourself with nature and your meditations connect with the universe.
