Ms. Feng Shui Tips Tea Totaler: Good Feng - Good Air

Here's a little Friday afternoon feng shui tip. Good Feng - Good Air. What does that mean? The air we breathe is responsible for 90% of our metabolic processes. Fresh air has strong qi and provides us with positive energy, while stale air or stagnant air weakens the body even makes it sick. To regenerate oneself, one should make sure to take deep breaths of fresh air on a regular basis.

Make your home is a haven of good feng (wind/air) by following these simple steps:

  • Make sure your home has good ventilation and adequate air circulation.
  • Make sure all appliances are in good working order especially with gas operating systems.
  • Infuse strong healthy houseplants to purify the air (spider, peace lilies or gerbera daisies) are great for this purpose.
  • Infuse natural decor and furnishings.

Here's to some good Feng!
