The Home Office - Guidleines for Health & Success!


The home office makes the list for one of the top four rooms in feng shui. If at all possible, it is best to position this room to the front or yang side of the home, as the goal is to make contact with the outside world. The following tips will help you set up your office for success! 

  • Command entrance
  • Use natural materials in furnishings
  • Incorporate plants and salt lamp for a natural purifying systems
  • Decorate on the yang side (brighter colors and harder surfaces)
  • Display appropriate symbolism
  • Include a water feature (North for career sector or SE for wealth), are good points to elevate the energy.  With a professional analysis several more points for success can be opened.
  • Movement device is excellent to generate energy
  • Natural stones or quartz crystal is a great way to generate energy and cleanse EMF's
  • Infuse natural lighting and incandescent
  • Avoid harsh angles
  • Include outside entrance if clients are expected to come to the physical office
  • Position of desk should be in command with a solid backing for good support
  • Avoid positioning desk or working table beneath beams or sloping ceiling
  • Use EMF devices to absorb unhealthy emissions from equipment
  • Spray essential oils
  • Keep ergonomics in mind in your configuration
